Marketing Automation drives business success

In 2017 Nucleus reported that marketing automation improved business productivity by 20 percent as the definitive benchmark for marketing automation success (Nucleus Research R95 – Marketing Automation Increases Productivity, May 2017). Although still of great value, productivity is no longer the only factor for a business to consider when selecting a marketing automation solution. Since the last report, the business value of marketing automation has expanded to include increased revenues, faster lead conversions, and a shortened sales cycle.
