MercuryGate acquires ClearTrack

On November 8th, 2022, MercuryGate announced the acquisition of ClearTrack Information Network, a cloud-hosted and on-premises system that stores and tracks information related to the activity and movement of goods in transit. Expected customer impacts includes improved decision-making, enhanced logistics visibility, and increased operational efficiency. The acquisition will supplement MercuryGate existing TMS capabilities with improved ocean freight procurement and transportation solutions. Looking ahead, Nucleus expects MercuryGate to deliver even greater ROIs to its customers with comprehensive end-to-end modality management.
