Oracle acquires social recruiting vendor SelectMinds

Oracle announced the acquisition of SelectMinds, a provider of social recruiting solutions. With the advent of social media and the use of social networks in business, Nucleus Research found that SelectMinds will offer Oracle a more complete solution in the human capital management (HCM) space. The acquisition also brings Oracle the challenge to integrate the new solution into its already multi-component offering for HCM.
