Shawnee State University deployed Oracle HCM to modernize its human capital management (HCM) and provide a consistent source of data for analysis and decision making. Moving from a legacy system that was largely manual to a modern HCM solution enabled Shawnee State to reduce inefficiencies and save on hardware.
