Oracle expands social relationship platform with Collective Intellect

Hot on the heels of its Vitrue acquisition announcement, Oracle announced the acquisition of Collective Intellect, a cloud-based social intelligence platform provider. As CRM vendors continue to build out their social capabilities, Oracle’s addition of Collective Intellect adds a more sophisticated set of tools to what Oracle calls its Social Relationship Management (SRM) product set.
