Oracle launches in-memory analytics at OpenWorld

Oracle has extended its integrated systems offering by launching Oracle Exalytics at OpenWorld 2011. Oracle Exalytics is a hardware platform that improves the delivery of Oracle analytics applications by combining inmemory analytics, more than a terabyte of memory, and sub-second response times. In looking at Oracle Exalytics, Nucleus found it enables organizations to improve productivity and results by bringing more users and data sources on to an analytics deployment, accelerating analytical processes, and improving decision making.
