Oracle is continuing to make investments in Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Service for customer service and support. At Oracle OpenWorld 2012, Oracle confirmed its commitment to invest in RightNow development as the service component of its customer experience strategy. The development roadmap focuses on integration, virtual agents to increase call deflection, and greater usability on the agent desktop.
