RingCentral rings up enterprise customers

RingCentral is a Business Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) vendor that delivers a cloud-based Private Branch Exchange (PBX) system to its customers. RingCentral aims to simplify its customers’ communication systems and lower the related operating costs with its own multi-function platform. Nucleus Research conducted interviews with RingCentral’s customers and found that the solution’s functionality, scalability, and ease of installation resulted in increased productivity from new internal and external communication channels as well as decreased total cost of ownership as organizations migrate away from legacy systems.
