Salesforce.com announced Chatter Messenger, giving users real-time presence monitoring and instant messaging capabilities. Coming in the Summer 12 release, Chatter Messenger will drive greater productivity and faster collaboration to accelerate sales and customer service while bringing new employees up to speed faster.
