Salesforce joins back and front offices with Revenue Cloud

In November 2020, Salesforce announced Salesforce Revenue Cloud, a new solution suite for businesses to manage their various sales channels and drive revenue growth. Salesforce bundles its CPQ, Billing, CPQ for Partner and Customer Communities, and CPQ & B2B Commerce Connector modules in the new package. Nucleus has interviewed Salesforce’s CPQ and Billing customers and determined that they have streamlined the sales process for both users and customers and increased finance teams’ productivity. We expect users of Revenue Cloud to experience similar benefits in joining back and front office processes.
