Salesforce launches Sales Cloud1

On October 7, 2014, Salesforce announced a new sales application, Sales Cloud1, as well as updates to Service Cloud1. Sales Cloud1 is focused on providing sales people with apps that utilize information across modules in order to create a product that is both simplified and powerful, while the updates to Service Cloud1 aim to provide customers with instantaneous service.
