Salesforce releases next generation of Marketing Cloud

On June 17, Salesforce released the next generation of its Marketing Cloud. Featuring Journey Builder and Active Audiences, Nucleus expects the offering will drive greater visibility and an increased ability to capture customer engagement for marketing analytics customers. Additionally, Nucleus expects this increased integration of marketing with service and sales, combined with greater automation, will lead to increased productivity for marketers as well as greater customer retention.
