SAP adds facial recognition

SAP announced on October 17 that SAP Leonardo will bring facial recognition to SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud. Nucleus expects the technology will improve the way that retailers sell in store and market through e-mail. However, the technology also raises questions about the privacy of customer data in both Europe and the United States.
