SAP and KXEN Implications for HR

With the acquisition of KXEN, a holistic approach to human capital management, and HANA under the covers, SAP has what it takes to make predictive analytics part of the HR job description, without requiring HR professionals to get a degree in advanced math or statistics. While the initial focus of the integration roadmap for SAP and KXEN may be on applications that predict consumer behavior, taking a predictive approach to the employee lifecycle is likely not that far behind.
