ServiceNow to acquire Element AI

ServiceNow, a cloud-based service management software provider, offers organizations solutions that cover security, HR, operations, asset, and customer service management for various industries. The vendor recently announced its plan to acquire Element AI, a Canadian startup, to build out its existing AI and automation capabilities.
