Succession and pay lead at INSIGHTS 2018

At Ceridian INSIGHTS 2018, Ceridian unveiled its new succession planning feature, as well as announced the 2019 release of on demand pay. Succession planning is a key differentiator for top level human capital management (HCM) offerings and will further cement Ceridian’s spot as a leader in HCM functionality. On demand pay will become increasingly important as organizations look to attract and retain hourly wage employees, particularly as the economy expands and unemployment shrinks to record lows. Nucleus spoke with several different organizations that varied in size and industry to find out how end users are leveraging Ceridian to meet their HCM needs.
