Tableau expands its traditional portfolio

At its recent user conference, Tableau released a series of ambitious announcements that include new products for IT along with more advanced functionality for business users. As Tableau sifts to offering a larger suite of products, it is simultaneously appealing to larger-sized customers, while also avoiding increased competition from maturing cloud vendors. Nucleus expects that this strategy is a critical pivot that will allow the company to appeal to more net new customers, while still retaining its loyal user base.
