Talent Acquisition satisfaction survey 2022
Nucleus surveyed more than 250 recruiters on their degree of satisfaction with the organization’s current talent acquisition solutions and found that economic uncertainty has led to greater discernment of what delivers value. As HR remains the first place that organizations look to shed costs, TA solutions face greater scrutiny as recruiters and hiring managers must prove quantifiable returns beyond anecdotal results. Nucleus found that almost 70 percent of respondents would switch to another solution for talent acquisition if given the opportunity. Survey respondents reported sourcing and interviewing as primary areas of focus for their organization, emphasizing importance in vendor investment in such areas for future survival, whether through research and development or acquisition.
