In an increasingly competitive enterprise applications marketplace, vendors that don’t keep up with competitors’ investments in usability, functionality, and market presence rapidly lose their relevance. In analyzing Sage and its customers over the past six months, Nucleus found lagging investment, rapid deceleration of customer momentum, a nonexistent cloud ERP strategy, and a partner exodus don’t bode well for Sage’s future.
