WFM satisfaction survey 2024
Have a specific question? Query our research catalogue with theĀ Nucleus AI Tool.
Nucleus surveyed 263 users and conducted in-depth interviews with 22 decision-makers to identify changes in budgets, functionality requirements, and overall satisfaction with their current Workforce Management (WFM) vendor. Despite technology cost consolidation and broader human capital management (HCM) market consolidation, 67 percent of surveyed organizations plan to increase their WFM budget over the next year to take advantage of advanced scheduling, forecasting, self-service, and compliance management capabilities. Complete WFM platforms are best positioned to deliver on these customer needs, given their expertise, bandwidth, and resources to dedicate to deep WFM functionality.
