Infor’s behavioral science

Following the acquisition of PeopleAnswers in January, Infor announced an increase in investment in Talent Science that applies big data analytics to human resources.  The investment with further integrate PeopleAnswers into Infor’s talent management application suite, add new enhancements and integrations, and increase the application’s development headcount by 40 percent.  Infor Talent Science provides a quantitative approach to HR that increases productivity in hiring, improves the quality of new hires, and streamlines management of the employee lifecycle.
