Interactive Intelligence releases PureCloud

In Q4 of this year, Interactive Intelligence is planning to release PureCloud, a new suite of services for communication, collaboration, and customer engagement. In looking at the application, Nucleus found that it delivers the economies of cloud computing for enterprise departments, such as a contact center, while leveraging social collaboration to drive more effective allocation of resources while improving customer engagement.
