Salesforce delivers increasing ROI

In analyzing the results of more than 20 ROI studies of Salesforce.com customers, Nucleus found that the average ROI from a Salesforce deployment has increased more than twofold in the past two years. While the total average cost for projects in 2015 and 2016 increased by 52 percent over the previous 2-year period, average ROI has more than doubled (a 101 percent increase). Although this is admittedly a small sample of customers, the results show the increase in returns far outweighs the additional cost.
