Salesforce Shield reinforces cloud

As customers are moving more highly sensitive data to the Salesforce Platform, they require greater control, protection, and compliance capabilities. Salesforce has developed a new suite of services called Salesforce Shield, which addresses the growing security needs of customers. Delivering three services: event monitoring, field audit trail, and platform encryption, Salesforce Shield allows customers to consolidate their technology footprint while benefitting from greater visibility into how their data are being used.
