Oracle announces enhancements to Sales, Marketing, Service, Social Clouds

At Oracle OpenWorld 2013, Oracle announced new capabilities for its Customer Experience (CX) offering including sales, marketing, service, and social cloud functionality. Although the marketing, service, and social functionality represent incremental increases in products with some maturity, developments in the Oracle Sales Cloud capabilities are significant and should motivate SFA customers to give Sales Cloud a closer look.
