Workday releases Workday Recruiting

On May 6, 2014, Workday released Workday Recruiting adding talent management to its existing cloud-based HCM application suite. The solution module can be configured to accommodate internal HR workflows for the hiring process and it can be used to manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to succession planning. While Workday Recruiting is available to all customers seeking a talent management solution, customers already deployed on Workday’s HCM suite can take advantage of the new functionality to expand their native application environment to include talent management. The release of Workday Recruiting expands the company’s HCM suite and delivers a core component to providing value in HCM deployments.
