Cornerstone OnDemand expands its domain

Early last month, Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) held its annual conference for users, partners, and other stakeholders. Directions in roadmap announced this year rest on the shoulders of developments announced at last year’s event. Additionally, Nucleus believes CSOD’s decision to emulate a model for content delivery championed by Netflix will increase productivity for learning managers and employees companywide alike as they spend less time distributing and finding pertinent content for learning and necessary training.
