Task Management is a critical component of a retailer’s ability to unify corporate and frontline teams on broader organizational goals. However, for many organizations, a lack of vendor investment in advanced task management capabilities has led them to instead rely on unscalable channels such as phone and email. Zebra Technologies’ Workcloud Task Management solution includes tools for task automation, store audits, checklists, communications, visual project collaboration, and document management. These integrated capabilities provide retailers and organizations in other complex frontline industries with the assurance that tasks are completed not only on time but in line with set standards. Nucleus conducted interviews with retail organizations using Workcloud Task Management and found one was able to achieve up to 95 percent on-time task completion, with another able to avoid extraneous corporate hires by giving stores more control over content creation.
