Driving agentic consistency with Strategy Mosaic

AI is changing the analytics market by shifting how people interact with and consume data. As AI agents and natural language interfaces enter the analytics stack, organizations increasingly require a single governed layer to ensure answers remain grounded in relevant business context across every consumer. To evaluate how organizations are addressing this challenge, Nucleus interviewed Strategy customers who deployed the vendor’s universal semantic layer, Mosaic. Customers reported up to 21 percent faster time to insight, profit increases in target markets, and 5 to 9 percent accelerated case resolution with improved agentic performance. Given these findings, Nucleus recommends that organizations audit their semantic architecture for AI readiness before scaling agent deployments across the analytics stack.
