Guidebook: The value of migrating to the Blackbaud Cloud for Private education

To better understand the benefits of investing in Blackbaud, Nucleus conducted an in-depth assessment of multiple customers who migrated from legacy, largely on-premises systems to Blackbaud’s cloud ecosystem. On average, customers cited annual technology and operations cost savings between $250,000 to $380,000, avoidance or redeployment of one to three full-time equivalents, and productivity improvements of up to 50 percent across specific administrative processes. Qualitative findings underscored Blackbaud’s role in maintaining data quality and audit readiness, improving the experience for families and staff, and enabling institutions to respond more flexibly to changing demands.
