As organizations remain fully remote or shift back towards hybrid and in-person work structures, the need for modern content services and collaboration (CSC) software has reached a critical level. Little differentiation between leaders in the space and market consolidation have driven increased product innovation to ensure vendor growth. Nucleus interviewed Laserfiche customers and found that the primary factors in the selection of the solution are its high levels of configuration and prebuilt industry-specific materials coupled with a strong foundation in security and automation functionality. The platform also gives organizations the ability to take advantage of other cloud-based benefits, with one organization able to retire $1 million in annual maintenance costs by retiring its legacy CSC platform.
