Over the course of the past year, Nucleus independently assessed the experiences of Microsoft customers to determine the factors that led to the selection of Dynamics 365 Sales over other competitors in the CRM space. This assessment included seven in-depth interviews with organizations that opted for Microsoft in lieu of Salesforce as well as data from over 200 end-user survey respondents. These users cited Microsoft’s strong analytics capabilities, native integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem, and overall user experience as the primary factors that led to the selection.
