Box advances efficiency with ease

Box has evolved from a basic file sharing service to a full suite of content services with capabilities that solidify the vendor’s position as a Hot Company to Watch in 2020 (Nucleus Research T169 – Hot Companies to Watch in 2020 – December 2019). The vendor offers agnostic technology, unlimited storage, and granular security that boosts user confidence, and in turn, increases adoption. Nucleus found that by deploying Box, one customer was able to eliminate duplications, errors, and supplies, reducing printing costs by 67 percent. Another replaced a legacy billing system, saving more than $730,000 in fees.
