At Dreamforce 2017, Salesforce announced new services for its Customer Success Platform, a new strategic partnership with Google, and other incremental advances across its other clouds. Nucleus found many customers are still considering adoption of Lightning, which is critical to take advantage of ongoing Salesforce investments in Einstein and other new capabilities and features. Nucleus found that despite the disruption of a move to Lightning, companies achieve payback both by increasing user productivity by up to 15 percent and reducing administrative burden by 10 to 20 percent depending on the previous level of customization – while being able to continue to take advantage of new releases and capabilities.
