FIS GETPAID automates collections and accelerates cash
Companies that manage receivables across several disconnected enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and spreadsheets wait longer to get paid, lose track of what collectors have told customers, and cannot see how much credit they have extended to any one customer. Nucleus found that organizations using FIS GETPAID collected cash faster, reduced overdue balances, and absorbed business growth without adding receivables staff. One global manufacturer cut days sales outstanding (DSO), the average number of days it takes to collect payment after a sale, by 26 percent, from about 58 to 43 days. One packaging producer reduced balances more than 30 days past due from about seven percent to under three percent while quadrupling in size, and consolidated cash posting from more than 30 plant employees to two people. By bringing collections, cash application, credit, and payments into one platform that sits above existing ERPs, FIS GETPAID turns receivables into cash faster without a matching rise in administrative cost.
