Infor ROI case study: Financial Institution
The financial centers group of a major financial institution deployed the Infor WFM platform to upgrade and modernize its workforce management (WFM) solution. The company realized large productivity increases, moving from a manually created schedule for more than 50,000 employees to a completely automated scheduling system. The productivity increase resulted in either redeployment or offboarding for more than 70 full time schedulers. In addition, the move helped reorient the management model of the individual financial centers; branch managers now have control over scheduling processes, allowing branches to operate more like smaller, independent businesses.
