With Release 16, enterprise information management (EIM) vendor OpenText doubles down on cloud enhancements, analytics, and upgraded collaboration tools to attract both customers of fragmented competitors and the incoming millennial workforce. OpenText’s enhancements position the company to deliver the essential functionality it is known for while upgrading usability, increasing admin and staff productivity by a range of 11 to 14 percent, and enabling users to avoid key costs.
