Pro-face announces partnership with Trend Micro

In response to security concerns in the burgeoning Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) market, Schneider Electric’s Pro-face announced a partnership with Trend Micro. The partnership will deliver Trend Micro’s ICS/OT security solution, EdgeIPS, as a natively integrated component of the Pro-face HMI Centric solution. Since IIoT’s distributed computing structure is highly vulnerable to a variety of attacks, businesses using HMI Centric will benefit from enhanced cybersecurity, reduced costs, and improved compliance.
