RightNow and Cast Iron deepen links

Integration appliance maker Cast Iron Systems is shipping a device to allow users of RightNow Technologies’s CRM service to easily link to other applications out of the box. This should save RightNow customers money and time as they look to connect their service’s tools to backend billing, ERP, and other systems.
