Rimini Street leading the third-party support market

April 8, 2015 - Research P59

In late January, Rimini Street announced fiscal year 2014 results that included a 42 percent increase in annual net revenues and annualized subscription revenues of more than $100 million. In analysis of Rimini Street customers, Nucleus found that savings and benefits beyond simple maintenance cost savings are driving their move toward third-party support. Those findings, coupled with the legitimization of third-party support by the UK government and many mainstream consulting firms, suggest strong growth opportunities for Rimini in 2015, and greater opportunities for customer savings.
