The latest updates to Salesforce Sales Cloud include a component called High Velocity Sales, designed to help managers build customized activity workflows for inside sales teams directly within Sales Cloud. Using the High Velocity Sales capabilities, marketing or sales managers can automate a guided sales process by providing sales people with specific steps to follow (such as calling or e-mailing a prospect) and specific content to use (such as e-mail templates and call scripts). In our analysis of micro-marketing capabilities such as High Velocity Sales, Nucleus found that it could drive greater consistency and quality at scale, enabling sales to deliver two to four times as many sales outreach campaigns and increase opportunities by 17 to 20 percent.
