TriNet acquires Zenefits

TriNet recently announced it completed its acquisition of Zenefits, bringing with it an increased market share and a positive change to TriNet’s business model. Nucleus believes that this acquisition will bring TriNet new capabilities centered around Zenefits’ platform which includes process automation and employee self-service for benefits administration. This will help to serve a wider range of customers seeking full-suite cloud HCM platforms.
