True lead-to-cash through Salesforce

Nucleus interviewed Salesforce’s CRM, CPQ, and Billing customers to identify the benefits of integrating these systems on a single continuous platform. We found that users could streamline the sales process and open new avenues to revenue by integrating CRM and CPQ applications. By connecting these systems with the Billing solution, users accelerated the monthly close processes by 90 percent, increased the volume of processed sales by 10 percent, and reduced sales team touchpoints by 80 percent. Consolidating the three solutions onto the Salesforce Platform, businesses have gained control over the entire lead-to-cash workflow to drive revenue, increase employee productivity, improve organizational visibility, and eliminate the costs of legacy technology.
