UKG Expands and Aligns

Following the merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos to form UKG, the newly combined vendors are leveraging existing functionality in their respective former products to meet customer needs across all organizational sizes. While giving current customers the option to continue using Ultimate or Kronos products, UKG is working to build out new capabilities to best serve and capture new customers in the SMB and enterprise space. Nucleus expects that the vendor will be well-suited for the needs of organizations as they face new challenges in various areas of HCM that require full suite solutions.
