The vendor’s 2021 trajectory is aimed at providing users with a KPI dashboard with advanced visualizations for data-driven decision making along with other significant improvements to the platform. These continuous upgrades will deliver significant benefits to the Latin American market at lower costs and with higher user adoptability. One organization that deployed WorkForce Software reported 94 percent in user adoptability reducing the employee learning curve.
