WorkForce Software launches new user experience

At VISION 2019, WorkForce Software planned for a new user interface (UI) in addition to updates to its workforce management (WFM) suite. These updates were released January 21st, with enhancements to the vendors’ integrated platform, as well as its automated capabilities, data access, WorkForce Hub, WorkForce Assistant, and Dynamic Schedules. With these improvements, WorkForce has advanced its overall user experience (UX) and strengthens its position as a leader in the WFM space.
