Desk.com partners with SalesforceIQ

On November 12, Salesforce announced the integration of Desk.com with its SalesforceIQ application. As part of this new integration, small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) will be able to leverage increased visibility of a shared customer information base drawing from both sales and service insights. Nucleus found that SMBs with this sort of end-to-end visibility experienced 25-30 percent greater margins than their peers.
