Nucleus Research found that improved data quality and data driven intelligence enable companies to get more out of their investment in customer relationship management (CRM) software. In analyzing the experience of Salesforce Data.com customers, Nucleus found that Data.com improved the productivity of sales by over 18 percent. Customers also experienced increased marketing productivity, improved lead conversion, accelerated sales cycles, improved accuracy of strategic planning, and decreased payback periods.
