Ceridian advances to graduate studies in HCM

With Dayforce – acquiring and evolving the solution – Ceridian has shown that a vendor can become a formidable full-suite competitor in human capital management (HCM) very quickly. Entering the ring a few short years ago with a progressive solution for workforce management (WFM), the vendor proceeded to execute on an aggressive roadmap to equip Dayforce with functionality that now spans all the main pillars of HCM – and, compared to the competition, the most HCM functionality found on a single application. Buoyed by this strong foundation, Ceridian finds itself advancing to graduate studies in HCM.
