Nucleus interviewed users of Ceridian Dayforce to assess the most common factors of an organization’s decision to implement the solution over competitors. The platform’s centralized data set and strength in global payroll were the primary differentiators that ultimately drove the selection. When speaking to Dayforce customers, Nucleus found that one organization was able to improve payroll accuracy by 80 percent across its international locations upon implementation of the solution.
